Founded in 2006, The Network of Lawyers of Hope in Rwanda (LOH) is an association of Christian Lawyers legally operating in Rwanda as a Non-Governmental Organization with the Legal Personality no95/08.11.LOH is among the Rwandan NGOs that work on the protection and promotion of human rights, and it is committed to defend the cause of the poor and needy, and to reach out to the most vulnerable members of the Rwandan society; in particular Children, Women and other needy people to seek justice and wellbeing on their behalf and share with them Christ love and compassion. We work to promote social justice and sustainable development.

Kefa is a name chosen by staff in Rwanda. Kefa is a Rwandan spelling of Kepha or Cephas, the name Jesus gave Peter when he was declared the rock. We want every child's life to built on a solid rock, a firm foundation.
This project is being implemented in Nyagatare,Nyarugenge,Gicumbi,Rwamagana correction centers, where LOH is providing legal aid to vulnerable inmates.

The service provided in the project including the provision of legal advices, court’s briefs drafting,and IECMS services on one hand, and then the legal education that consists of the community outreach on the other hand.
The project sought to capitalize on the strong commitment shown by the Rwandan Government to the protection of women and children.
